Conferences at a Glance
For more than 30 years, SLC has challenged students to fully embrace a biblical worldview and become servant leaders in their homes, churches, schools, and communities.
Biblical Leadership Core Teaching
Dr. Matt Williams and Dr. Ken Collier co-authored Biblical Leadership: Becoming a Different Kind of Leader. This Bible-based book formed the backbone of the conference’s core teaching about leadership.
Although the themes change from year to year, the core teaching is the same: servant leadership, standing up for right, discipling others, being a godly influence, and taking initiative to love God and others. There is an emphasis on home life, respecting authority, biblical worldview, and a ministry mindset.
