Dr. Matt Williams
Founder
Matt Williams served full-time for 34 years on the pastoral staff at Tri-City Baptist Church in Kansas City, Missouri. He was part of the college administration team at Northland Baptist Bible College before returning to the pastoral staff at Tri-City. He co-authored the book Biblical Leadership—Becoming a Different Kind of Leader with Ken Collier and authored How To Be A Team Player and Enjoy It. He now speaks around the country on staff relationships, leadership, and biblical worldview. He and his wife Donna have been married for over 45 years and have 5 children with 18 grandchildren.

Dr. Jim Tillotson
President, Faith Baptist Bible College
Dr. Tillotson is the president of Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, IA. Jim has a passion for evangelism, church planting, and preparing leaders to serve the Lord. Having served for eighteen years as the pastor of Meadowlands Baptist Church and being actively involved in church planting, he is committed to Luke 10:2 — praying the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers. Jim and his wife Joan have three children.

Dr. Dan Anderson
President, Appalachian Bible College
Dr. Daniel Anderson began his service at Appalachian Bible College in 1978 and became the second president of the College in 1983. Born and raised in Iowa, he completed undergraduate studies at Faith Baptist Bible College in 1972 and earned his Master of Divinity degree from Grace Theological Seminary. He and his wife Rosalie have served together in ministry for decades.

Rand Hummel
Director, The Wilds of New England
Rand has been Director of The Wilds of New England since 2009. Previously, he served at The Wilds Christian Camp & Conference Center in Brevard, NC for over 30 years. He has spoken to thousands of teenagers annually and authored over 20 Bible helps and devotional commentaries. His unique, humorous approach to the Word of God has encouraged teens across the eastern United States. He is married to Amber and they have two grown children and three grandchildren.

Mark Davis
Vice President, Faith Baptist Bible College
Mark has been with Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, IA for over 10 years and is currently Vice President for Enrollment and Student Life. He has been a youth pastor at his home church, Community Baptist, for many years. Mark is a popular youth speaker with a passion for the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and using these sports as avenues for sharing the Gospel. He and his wife Erin have 3 wonderful children.

Dr. Matthew Weathers
Center for Leadership Development, Bob Jones University
Matthew serves in the Center for Leadership Development at Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC, where he is the Student Leadership Coordinator. He graduated from BJU in 2007, served as a BJU representative, and then moved to Asia where he served for 6 years. He earned an MA in Cross-Cultural Studies from Northland International University. Matthew is married to Fleur, a native New Zealander, and they have a son named Joni.

Ben Farrell
BJU Representative & Evangelist
Ben Farrell grew up in a Christian ministry home and traveled the nation sharing the Gospel. After graduating from BJU with a degree in Bible and earning a master’s in pastoral studies and an M.Div., he traveled full-time as an itinerant evangelist for ten years. He also served as an associate pastor at Colonial Hills Baptist Church in Indianapolis. Ben is married to Tara and they have two children, Clayton and Chloe.

Steve Stodola
Assistant to the Director, The Wilds of New England
Originally from Rockford, Illinois, Steve graduated from Pensacola Christian College in 1989. He has served with THE WILDS for over 25 years in a variety of capacities and locations (North Carolina, Colorado, and New Hampshire). He now serves as Assistant to the Director at THE WILDS of New England. Steve and his wife Rhonae have three sons and one daughter.

Brad Parker
Executive Director, Maryland Association of Christian Schools
Brad Parker graduated from Bob Jones University with a degree in Business Education and earned a Master’s in Biblical Counseling and a doctorate in Educational Leadership. He served as business manager and administrator of Frederick Christian Academy and as assistant pastor of People's Baptist Church. He is currently the administrative pastor at Bible Baptist Church and Christian School. He and his wife Amy have 2 children.

Chad Williams
Pastor, Twin Cities Metro
Chad is a pastor in the Twin Cities metro in Minnesota. He and his wife McKenna have three boys. Chad enjoys bike riding with his family, reading books, watching the Kansas City Royals, and taking his boys to the park. Before moving to Minnesota, Chad taught undergraduate courses at a Bible college in Wisconsin for five years.
