Why bring your students to Iowa?
Each year we prayerfully seek God’s direction for the foundational truth we want to communicate to the next generation of student leaders. This year our focus turns to the daily life of the biblical leader: living with intentional purpose for the glory of God.
We aim to partner with you to build leaders who understand that life is not accidental, youth is not wasted, and every ordinary moment is an opportunity to walk wisely, serve faithfully, and point others to Christ. Every session is carefully prepared by wise, experienced speakers who connect well with students.
What We Will Explore Together
Life is not an accident.
Students will be challenged to see that they are intentionally created image-bearers, designed for the glory of God, and called to live each day with purpose.
A biblical leader walks carefully, not carelessly.
Living intentionally means paying attention to daily choices, habits, speech, friendships, priorities, and the use of time.
Ephesians 5:15-16
Youth is a strategic season, not a waiting room.
Students will be encouraged to recognize that God can use them now — in their classrooms, homes, churches, teams, and peer groups.
1 Timothy 4:12
Leadership follows Christ's pattern of service.
In a culture that often treats leadership as popularity, personal branding, or control, students will be pointed to the servant-hearted leadership of Christ.
Mark 10:45
Daily choices belong under the lordship of Christ.
Students will be encouraged to see that ordinary decisions matter because all of life belongs to God.
Colossians 3:17
A biblical leader uses influence to encourage others.
Students will think practically about how they can strengthen others, speak truth, show love, and lead by example.
Hebrews 10:24-25
A biblical leader lives with Gospel purpose in every setting.
Students will be equipped to understand that their lifestyle should display the grace and truth of Christ wherever God has placed them.
Matthew 5:16
